HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Click on the product of your choice and choose the right size, colour, and quantity, if needed. Click on the “Add to My Bag” button to move the item to your shopping bag. When you’ve finished shopping, click on the shopping bag in the top right corner of the screen. An overview of your order will appear, in which you can change your items, if needed. Sign in if you already have an account, or else, fill out your address information. Important is to select your country before entering your postal code, otherwise it will not recognise your address. Next, choose your preferred shipping method and your preferred delivery time. Choose a payment method and complete your order.
IS MY PRODUCT RESERVED AS SOON AS I PLACE IT IN MY SHOPPING BAG?
No. The products will only be reserved for you when the payment is complete.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?
After you’ve followed all of the steps of the order process, you’ll end up at an order confirmation page on which your order number will be shown. You’ll also receive an order confirmation in your inbox. If you’ve created an online account, you can check your order from your account.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ITEM(S)?
If you’ve placed your order on Monday to Friday before 11.30 pm, you’ll receive your order the next day with PostNL, when you live in the Netherlands. For international orders take 2-7 business days into account. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code so you can check the delivery status. If you sign in with your online account, you can see your order status. This is not possible when you place an order without being signed in to an account.
