HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Click on the product of your choice and choose the right size, colour, and quantity, if needed. Click on the “Add to My Bag” button to move the item to your shopping bag. When you’ve finished shopping, click on the shopping bag in the top right corner of the screen. An overview of your order will appear, in which you can change your items, if needed. Sign in if you already have an account, or else, fill out your address information. Next, choose your preferred shipping method and your preferred delivery time. Choose a payment method and complete your order.
IS MY PRODUCT RESERVED AS SOON AS I PLACE IT IN MY SHOPPING BAG?
No. The products will only be reserved for you when the payment is complete.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO WRAP AND/OR SEND AN ITEM AS A GIFT?
Sure! We can make and send some amazing gift-wrapped presents. During the payment process, you can indicate that you want your order gift-wrapped and you can optionally add a personal message to your gift. Wrapping a gift and adding a personal message costs €1. If you choose to deliver your gift at the recipient’s address, he or she will not receive the invoice. Instead, we’ll send it to your email address.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?
After you’ve followed all of the steps of the order process, you’ll end up at an order confirmation page on which your order number will be shown. You’ll also receive an order confirmation at your email address. If you’ve created an online account, you can check your order from your account.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ITEM(S)?
If you’ve placed your order on Monday to Friday before 3pm, you’ll receive your order within 1 to 3 business days with PostNL or you can pick it up at one of our Boutiques 7 days a week:

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code so you can check the delivery status. If you sign in with your online account, you can see your order status. This is not possible when you place an order without being signed in to an account.
