HOW DO I REGISTER WITH BOUTIQUESTORIES.COM?

If you want to place an order it is convenient to register. It is easy and doesn’t take too long. Click in the right top corner on LOG IN. The fields with a star are compulsory; you will have to fill them out. After submitting the form an email will be send to the email address that you provided. If you click on the link in the email your registration is confirmed. Now, if you wish, you can continue to click to process your order. After the registration all you have to do is login. You only need your email address and your password for this. At any time you can choose to adjust or change your personal details. You can do this by logging in and click on MY ACCOUNT. If you prefer to be completely removed from our database, it is also possible. Contact us through the website with the contact form. boutiquestories.com will handle your details with care. We will not sell the details or supply them to a third party, unless this is specifically indicated.

 

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER?

You can always unsubscribe to the newsletter. Click in the top right corner on LeJournal and choose UNSUBSCRIBE in the left menu. If you fill out this form and send it, you are automatically unsubscribed to the newsletter. Your details will be stored in our database, but we are obviously not using them. If you want your details to be completely removed from our database, you can let us know through your contact form.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To order a product you first have to place it in your shopping bag. You can now continue to shop and order multiple items at once. You will only pay the delivery costs once. You don’t need to be registered to order – but it does work faster and more efficient with your next order. Besides as a registered customer of boutiquestories.com you can trace the status of your order through your account. You can always change the content of your shopping bag; you can change the amount, size and/or remove an item completely.

We will then ask you to provide a delivery address. It is possible to provide a different delivery and billing address, in order to receive your package on a different location, for example your work address or the address of a friend who resides at home during the day or when you want to give someone a present. After providing your address, choose the desired payment method, you can pay with iDEAL, PayPal and credit card. Payment takes place through a secure connection. After completing the payment you will see a confirmation on the screen and one will be send by email. You can follow the status of your order through ‘MY ACCOUNT’ (but that does require an account).

 

IS IT SAFE TO PAY OUBOUTIQUESTORIES.COM WITH MY CREDIT CARD OR THROUGH IDEAL?

For the payment of the order we are using the internet checkout from Buckaroo. Buckaroo is one of the fastest growing service providers for processing online payments. When you are about to pay and have to enter your payment details, you will automatically be transferred to our payment page on the Buckaroo site. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Orders confirmed and paid for on business days before 11.30 pm are shipped the same day. Orders made after 11.30 pm in weekends or on holidays are shipped the next business day.

If a product is unexpectedly not in stock, we will contact you and refund your money, including the delivery costs. If a product can be reordered you could also choose to wait for the new stock to come in.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF IT WILL FIT ME?

Of course it will never be possible to know with 100% certainty how something will fit, but we will do everything to help you make your choice. Therefore we always have multiple pictures of the product. You can increase the size of the pictures by passing over them with your mouse. Do not forget to read the description when you buy a product. There you will always find the important information about the sizes of this particular brand. The fit of the clothes differs per brand. If you continue to have doubts you can always contact us for more information.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can always track the status of your order through the website. You can do this by logging in on the site and click in MY ACCOUNT on ORDERS.  Here you will find an overview of all the orders you placed with boutiquestories.com. If you click on the order that you are looking for, you can request the status of the order with the help of the number you received in the confirmation email.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE ORDERED ITEM?

Items can always be returned, and for any reason. You will always receive your money back, even if it is a SALE item.
Our return period is 14 days; 7 days to report your return on our website followed by 7 day to return the items to us.

HOW DO I RETURN A PACKAGE?

  1. Submit your return online within 7 days upon receipt by clicking SUBMIT RETURN
  2. Use your ordernumber and emailadres to log in to the return portal 
  3. Indicate the items and the reason for the return
  4. A return label and form will be generated for you to print and add with your return
  5. Submit your package at a PostNL location if returning from the Netherlands or at an UPS drop off when returning frorm outside the Netherlands
  6. Keep your Track & Trace-number as proof of your return

Please note return costs are at customers own expsense.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items which are not in the original state and/or packing
  • Items that have been worn/used.
  • Underpants (for hygienic reasons)
  • Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE THE ORDERED ITEM?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you will have to place a new order and return the other item. This will be processed as a normal return. If you wish to receive a different item, you can place a new order and return the already ordered item to us.

If you have a question it is better to ask the question through the contact form on the website by clicking here. We will answer your question the same day in an email. All questions received after office hours will be answered the next working day. If you would appreciate it that we phone you with the answer, you can indicate this on the form. We will then contact you the same or following working day.

 

DO I GET GUARENTEE ON THE ITEMS THAT I ORDER THROUGH OUBOUTIQUESTORIES.COM?

You can assume that we deliver quality items. If unexpectedly something is wrong with the items it is best that you contact us through the contact form. We will then do our utmost best to solve the problem for you.
