How can I return an item?

If something you ordered isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return. You can return in our boutiques or by post. If you return by post, you can choose to drop your package at any service point or to have it picked up.

Return easily and quickly online from €5,69. You can drop your return at any service point or have it picked up from your home or at work. First, register your package via the button below. You can return up to 14 days after receiving your order.

Return in our Boutiques

Have you placed an order online and want to return? You can also return your order in our boutiques. Take a look at our boutiques page for points of sale and opening hours.

  • - Returning in our boutiques is free
  • - Bring your package to the store and take the packing slip with you (digital or printed).
  • - The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days


How can I exchange an item?

Exchange is free and can be done in one of our boutiques within 14 days. Note: provided the item is in stock. We are happy to help you find the right size, color or any other item in our boutiques. Exchange is only possible in stores and cannot be done by post. Don’t you live near one of our boutiques? It is always possible to return the item by post and place a new order.


What is the return period?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. The return period is 14 days, so you have enough time to try your items at home. If you decide to return the order, you can return in our boutiques or by post within 14 days.


What are the return conditions?

  • - Returns have to be reported to us within 7 days after receipt of the order. The date of the second delivery attempt of our shipping company or the date of delivery to a Pick up location is also treated as date of receipt. 
  • - Returns that have not been registered in advance cannot be processed.
  • - Returns without an enclosed return form cannot be processed.
  • - Your return shipment has to be delivered to us no later than 7 days after making your notification (please be aware that shipping can take several days, depending on the country you ship from).
  • - Items should be returned unused, complete, in original state, in original  and undamaged packaging (including any plastic bag or dust bag).
  • - All labels should be attached to the item upon return, without the labels the return will not be accepted. Once you decide to keep the item, you may remove the labels.
  • - Lifestyle items, books, cosmetics and hair clips can only be returned in unopened packaging.
  • - When items are damaged or incomplete, a depreciation charge will apply.
  • - You cannot return a gift voucher.
  • - Panties and earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

When will my purchase amount be refunded?

When registering your return and after receiving your package, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You will receive the purchase amount within 10 working days.

  • - With Credit Card, iDeal and Paypal, the purchase amount is automatically refunded to your account.
  • - At AfterPay, the purchase amount is automatically deducted from your invoice


Return Address

We can process your return the best and fastest if you register the return via the portal. Click on the button ‘register return’. 

If this does not work, you can also return your order to the return address below. Please note that the return costs are for your own account. Make sure you always include a reference of your order, for example a packing slip. Otherwise we cannot trace your return to your order.
