DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered within business day (by PostNL). This also applies to orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. During the payment process, you can choose a different, preferred delivery day.

If one of your ordered items is not in stock at the time of processing your order, they may be sent separately so you get them as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the delivery of the other package.

DELIVERY METHODS

DELIVERY BY POSTNL – 4,95 € PER ORDER

  • By default, PostNL delivers on Monday to Saturday. You will receive an email as soon as the order has shipped. You can track your package with the tracking code in the email.
  • If you are not home the first time your order is delivered, PostNL will offer your package again on the next day. After the second attempt, PostNL will bring your package to the nearest post office. Your package will stay here for 3 weeks, after which it will be sent back to the sender.

          • As soon as your order is ready to be picked up, you’ll receive an email or a phone call.
          • Please note: When picking up your order, you need to be able to show a valid ID card (e.g. passport or driver’s license).
          • Your package will be kept in our boutique for 14 days. If you haven’t picked up your order after this period, we will contact you via email or telephone.

DELIVERY AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS (FOR GIFTS)

If you choose to send your order to a different address than the billing address (as a gift). The invoice will not be added to the order, but it will be send to your email address. The delivery is always handled by PostNL.

CANCELLED ITEMS

We are continuously carefully monitoring our online assortment. For the delivery of your order, we depend on several factors. Unfortunately, in rare cases it could happen that an item in your order appears to be out of stock when processing your order, or the item may not comply with our quality requirements. In this case, we will transfer the purchase amount of the item in question (including shipping costs) back to your account.
